Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the sesame seeds. Toast them for a few minutes until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- In a separate pan, combine the honey and olive oil. Heat gently over low heat until mixed well.
- Once the sesame seeds are toasted, remove from heat and add to the honey mixture. Stir until coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined dish, spread it evenly, and press down firmly.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
Notes
