Description

A delicious and easy dish combining rich garlic flavor and savory Parmesan cheese, making the chicken juicy and crispy.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts and then coat each breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

For extra crunch, switch half of the breadcrumbs for panko breadcrumbs. If you like things spicy, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking to keep it juicy.
