Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the onions into thick rings.
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot as a snack, side dish, or appetizer.
Notes
