Ingredients:
- 4 zucchini, quartered lengthwise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking tray, cut side up, and sprinkle evenly with Parmesan.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and tender.
