- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- Sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tenderloin first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- For the bang bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Adjust to taste.
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the fried chicken and serve.
Notes
Serve hot and crispy with rice or noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
