Description

Crispy chicken tenderloins coated in a sweet and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for dinner or as a party snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken tenderloin first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. For the bang bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Adjust to taste.
  7. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the fried chicken and serve.

Notes

Serve hot and crispy with rice or noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
