Description

Big Mac Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic burger, featuring juicy beef, melty cheese, and a unique Special Sauce, all in a fun, shareable size.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/3 cup Special Sauce (equal parts mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish)
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish.
  5. Layer with cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
  6. Drizzle with Special Sauce.
  7. Place the top halves of slider buns on top.
