- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1/3 cup Special Sauce (equal parts mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish)
- Slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish.
- Layer with cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
- Drizzle with Special Sauce.
- Place the top halves of slider buns on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
