- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onions, finely diced
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until well combined.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture over the buns evenly, then sprinkle with cheese and top with shredded lettuce.
- Place the top halves of the buns on and cover with foil.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until heated through.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until sliders are golden.
- Serve warm as a delicious party appetizer.
Notes
For best results, drain the fat well after cooking the beef to prevent soggy buns. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties for a unique flavor.
