Description

A delightful twist on the classic Big Mac, these mini sandwiches are packed with juicy beef, creamy sauces, and crispy lettuce, perfect for parties or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until well combined.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture over the buns evenly, then sprinkle with cheese and top with shredded lettuce.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on and cover with foil.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until heated through.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until sliders are golden.
  9. Serve warm as a delicious party appetizer.

Notes

For best results, drain the fat well after cooking the beef to prevent soggy buns. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties for a unique flavor.
