Description

Deliciously warm and fluffy Blueberry Muffins, perfect for breakfast or a snack, made with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen, do not thaw before mixing.
