- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until golden brown and nutty. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar, stirring until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
