- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (can substitute with ground turkey or lean beef)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 large Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or regular for extra crunch)
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Take a small amount of the chicken mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a cube of mozzarella and a bit of crumbled bacon in the center.
- Fold the mixture around the cheese and bacon to form a ball.
- Repeat this process with the remaining mixture.
- Prepare three separate bowls: one with plain flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Roll each bomb first in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the bombs in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
