Delicious and satisfying bites combining the spicy kick of buffalo sauce with gooey mozzarella and crispy bacon, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (can substitute with ground turkey or lean beef)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (adjust for spice preference)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or regular for extra crunch)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Take a small amount of the chicken mixture and flatten it in your palm.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella and a bit of crumbled bacon in the center.
  4. Fold the mixture around the cheese and bacon to form a ball.
  5. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture.
  6. Prepare three separate bowls: one with plain flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  7. Roll each bomb first in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  9. Carefully place the bombs in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
  10. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or extra buffalo sauce for added flavor.
