Description

A flavorful dish featuring juicy shrimp and tender salmon in a rich creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  7. Add the shrimp, cooking until they are pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the shrimp and salmon drizzled with the garlic cream sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Serve over rice or with crusty bread; pair with a green salad and lemon wedges.
