- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and stir to combine, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Add the shrimp, cooking until they are pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the shrimp and salmon drizzled with the garlic cream sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve over rice or with crusty bread; pair with a green salad and lemon wedges.
