A quick and delicious meal option packed with flavor, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla and add the cooked chicken, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Fold the tortillas over the filling and grill the wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from pan, cut in half, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Feel free to add your favorite veggies, or use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
