Delicious and easy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps loaded with creamy melted cheese and tender chicken, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

- 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until everything is creamy and well blended.
- Place the tortillas flat on a surface. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the middle of each tortilla. You can add optional vegetables like baby spinach or sliced tomatoes if you like.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll them tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously over the outside of each wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for about 2–3 minutes on each side, until they are golden and crisp, and the cheese is melted inside.
- Once done, slice each wrap in half and serve warm. Enjoy with a dipping sauce of your choice, like ranch or garlic aioli.
Notes
For added crunch or flavor, feel free to add your favorite veggies. Experiment with different types of cheese for variety.
