- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing down to fit.
- Fill each wrapper with a spoonful of the seasoned beef and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with optional toppings as desired.
Notes
Use lean ground beef to reduce excess fat. Don’t overfill the wonton wrappers to avoid spilling during baking. Keep an eye on the baking time; ovens can vary.
