Description

A delicious meal featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing tossed with pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the ranch dressing and cooked pasta. Mix until the pasta is well coated.
  4. Fold in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chives or parsley if desired.
