- 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and cooked pasta. Mix until the pasta is well coated.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with chives or parsley if desired.
