Description

Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a fun and healthy treat combining strawberries, yogurt, and chocolate, ideal for a hot day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters, aiming for about 10 clusters.
  3. Freeze the clusters until solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15-30 seconds until completely melted.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to coat completely.
  6. Place the dipped clusters back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Return to the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
  8. Enjoy your Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters!
