- 10 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 10 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 3 jalapeños (seeded and diced)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best texture, allow cream cheese to reach room temperature before mixing. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
