Description

A creamy, cheesy dip with jalapeños and crispy bacon, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 10 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 3 jalapeños (seeded and diced)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best texture, allow cream cheese to reach room temperature before mixing. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
