Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt cowboy butter over medium heat.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked linguine. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
