Description

A hearty and comforting dish combining meats, beans, and vegetables for the perfect family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef and ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  4. Add the kidney beans, black beans, corn, beef broth, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker stew, let it simmer slightly longer. Adjust seasoning to taste, and consider adding different vegetables for variation.
