- 6 slices bacon, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until it melts and becomes smooth.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and crispy bacon to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
