Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and mash until smooth.
  3. Stir in warm cream and butter for a rich, silky texture.
