Description
Delicious mini churro bites with a crispy outside and soft inside, coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
- Allow to cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small bites onto parchment paper.
- Spray with cooking spray and cook in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together, and toss churro bites in the mixture before serving.
Notes
Serve with a dipping sauce like melted chocolate or dulce de leche. Store in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
