Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Whip Egg Whites: Whisk egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Combine: Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites until the batter flows like lava.
- Pipe the Mixture: Transfer batter to a piping bag and pipe small circles onto the parchment-lined sheets.
- Rest: Let the piped macarons sit at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes until a skin forms.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and bake macarons for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Fill: Once cooled, spread or pipe your chosen filling onto one macaron and top with another.
