These delicious deviled strawberries are filled with a creamy cheesecake filling, making them a perfect dessert for any occasion.

- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Prep the strawberries by cutting off the stems and slicing each in half. Cut a small sliver off the back of each half for stability.
- Hollow out each strawberry half using a small melon baller.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes).
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using). Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture and pipe it onto each strawberry half.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of filled strawberries.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day.
