Description

These delicious deviled strawberries are filled with a creamy cheesecake filling, making them a perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by cutting off the stems and slicing each in half. Cut a small sliver off the back of each half for stability.
  2. Hollow out each strawberry half using a small melon baller.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes).
  4. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using). Mix until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture and pipe it onto each strawberry half.
  7. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of filled strawberries.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day.
