Description

A classic side dish that combines crunchy cabbages and grated carrots, all coated in a creamy dressing. Perfect for barbecues, picnics, and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small head purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, and grated carrots.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy as a topping for pulled pork or as a side dish.
