- 1 small head purple cabbage, shredded

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, and grated carrots.
- In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy as a topping for pulled pork or as a side dish.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. This dish is not suitable for freezing as the texture may not hold up well.
