Delightful treats that combine rich, fudgy brownie goodness with the beloved crunch of Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 cups Oreos (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Mixture: Melt unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in a bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
  2. Mix the Sugars: In a separate bowl, combine white sugar and brown sugar. Mix well.
  3. Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugars. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Add Oreos: Gently fold in crushed Oreos into the wet mixture.
  6. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  7. Pour and Top: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Add extra Oreo pieces on top for decoration if desired.
  8. Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan for a bit before cutting them into squares and serving.

Notes
