- 1 1/2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 cups Oreos (crushed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Mixture: Melt unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in a bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
- Mix the Sugars: In a separate bowl, combine white sugar and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugars. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add Oreos: Gently fold in crushed Oreos into the wet mixture.
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Pour and Top: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Add extra Oreo pieces on top for decoration if desired.
- Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan for a bit before cutting them into squares and serving.
Notes
For an extra fudgy texture, do not overbake the brownies. You can experiment with different flavors of Oreos and chocolate chips.
