Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Pairs well with a fresh side salad or crusty bread.
