Description

A simple and quick meal combining healthy ground turkey, pasta, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes
