- 2 cups leftover cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 cup vegetables (like broccoli, peas, or bell peppers)
- 1 cup chicken broth or sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cheese for topping
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat a little oil over medium heat.
- Add the leftover chicken and vegetables to the pan.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth or sauce and stir well.
- Cook until everything is warmed through.
- If using rice or pasta, add it to the pan and mix well.
- Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Optional: sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a fresh salad or crusty bread. Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for 2 months.
