Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 cup vegetables (like broccoli, peas, or bell peppers)
  • 1 cup chicken broth or sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the leftover chicken and vegetables to the pan.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth or sauce and stir well.
  5. Cook until everything is warmed through.
  6. If using rice or pasta, add it to the pan and mix well.
  7. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Optional: sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
