- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the chicken and vegetable mixture with the cream mixture. Stir well to coat everything.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
