- 1 pie crust
- 8 oz chive-and-onion cream cheese
- 1 cup pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chive-and-onion cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the shrimp, green onions, and pepper Jack cheese.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Then mix this into the shrimp mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and the top is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
