Description

A delicious and unique pie that combines shrimp with creamy cheeses and fresh green onions, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 8 oz chive-and-onion cream cheese
  • 1 cup pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chive-and-onion cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shrimp, green onions, and pepper Jack cheese.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Then mix this into the shrimp mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and the top is golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.

Notes
