Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine or fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
