- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine or fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Be sure not to overcook the lobster meat, as it can become tough. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
