Description

A fun and tasty way to enjoy classic cheeseburgers, these bombs are filled with juicy ground beef, melting cheese, and savory garlic, wrapped in warm, fluffy biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the biscuit dough package.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten out each biscuit and place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture and a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching it to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake according to biscuit dough package instructions, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crunch, brush the biscuits with melted butter before adding parmesan cheese. You can customize the fillings with different types of cheese or vegetables.
