- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Mix the cooled beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut it into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each dough square.
- Fold and pinch the dough to seal, forming a smooth ball.
- Arrange the balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a spicy kick, include jalapeños in the beef mixture. You can also try ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
