Description

Delicious and fun snacks that combine cheeseburger flavors with crunchy biscuit dough, perfect for parties or busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a little cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan.
  7. Brush the garlic-Parmesan mixture on top of each bomb.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped onions or bell peppers to the beef while cooking. You can also use different types of cheese.
