Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a little cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan.
- Brush the garlic-Parmesan mixture on top of each bomb.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped onions or bell peppers to the beef while cooking. You can also use different types of cheese.
