Description

A fun twist on traditional burgers, these bite-sized bombshells feature a gooey cheese and savory beef filling wrapped in a golden biscuit shell, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add diced onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture. Experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack.
