- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
