Description

A quick and easy seafood delight featuring crispy garlic and Parmesan flavors wrapped around tender shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing until shrimp are well coated.
  4. Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 8–10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and slightly golden on edges.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.

Notes

For best results, use fresh shrimp and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
