Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp grass-fed unflavored gelatin
¼ cup cool water (for blooming)
1 ½ cups warm green tea (not boiling)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1–2 tbsp honey or stevia
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Optional: 1 tsp grated ginger or mint leaves
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in ¼ cup cool water for 2 minutes.
- Warm green tea with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Add bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in sweetener and salt; stir gently.
- Pour into small cups or molds.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
