Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ tbsp grass-fed unflavored gelatin

¼ cup cool water (for blooming)

1 ½ cups warm green tea (not boiling)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1–2 tbsp honey or stevia

Pinch of Himalayan salt

Optional: 1 tsp grated ginger or mint leaves


Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin in ¼ cup cool water for 2 minutes.
  2. Warm green tea with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Mix in sweetener and salt; stir gently.
  5. Pour into small cups or molds.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
