Description

The classic gelatin trick recipe in solid form a light, protein-rich snack combining gelatin, vitamin C, and water to support collagen, digestion, and skin health.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ tbsp grass-fed unflavored gelatin

¼ cup cool water (for blooming)

1 ½ cups warm filtered water or herbal tea

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

12 tbsp honey or stevia

Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin in cool water 2 min.
  2. Add warm water and lemon juice; stir until clear.
  3. Sweeten to taste.
  4. Pour into molds and refrigerate 2–3 hours.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

Do not boil water, high heat damages gelatin’s protein structure.

Replace honey with monk fruit for keto or low-carb diets.

For flavor variety, infuse water with green tea or add a few drops of vanilla.
