Description
The classic gelatin trick recipe in solid form a light, protein-rich snack combining gelatin, vitamin C, and water to support collagen, digestion, and skin health.
Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp grass-fed unflavored gelatin
¼ cup cool water (for blooming)
1 ½ cups warm filtered water or herbal tea
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 – 2 tbsp honey or stevia
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in cool water 2 min.
- Add warm water and lemon juice; stir until clear.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate 2–3 hours.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Do not boil water, high heat damages gelatin’s protein structure.
Replace honey with monk fruit for keto or low-carb diets.
For flavor variety, infuse water with green tea or add a few drops of vanilla.
