- 1 lb octopus
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for about 30-40 minutes until tender. Drain and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Once cooled, cut the octopus into manageable pieces and marinate in the olive oil mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the octopus pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side until nicely charred.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm.
