- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- Nori (seaweed) sheets, optional

Instructions
- Take cold, cooked rice and form it into triangular or oval balls.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Brush this mixture onto the rice balls.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Place the rice balls in the pan and grill them until crispy and golden on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Optional: wrap in nori or top with your desired fillings before serving.
- Serve hot as a quick snack or light lunch.
Notes
For best results, allow cooked rice to cool before shaping. Adjust seasoning to taste and avoid overcrowding the pan while grilling.
