Description

A healthy and tasty dish featuring ground turkey and colorful bell peppers, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (any color), chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until the peppers are tender.

Notes

You can add other veggies like corn or zucchini for extra texture. Adjust spices according to your taste, adding more chili powder for heat.
