Description

Delicious and healthier baked chicken tenders perfect for family dinners or snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the chicken strips with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, try using panko breadcrumbs. Cut chicken into even strips for even cooking.
