- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the chicken strips with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, try using panko breadcrumbs. Cut chicken into even strips for even cooking.
