Description
A tasty and easy dish with sweet and savory flavors, perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey, then let simmer for a few minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat well with the sauce. Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
Notes
Do not overcook the garlic to avoid bitterness. For juicier chicken, use thighs instead of breasts. Add crushed red pepper for spice.
