Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over it and toss to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a crispier texture, ensure the chicken is well-coated in cornstarch before frying. Marinate in soy sauce for more flavor.
