Description

A delicious and easy dish combining juicy chicken breasts with a honey marinade and crumbled feta cheese, delivering a unique blend of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in the baking dish and coat it well with the marinade.
  4. Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta on top and broil for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and spoon the pan sauce over each piece before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking for juicier results.
