- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix honey, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and coat it well with the marinade.
- Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta on top and broil for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and spoon the pan sauce over each piece before serving.
Notes
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking for juicier results.
