Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 140 g sugar
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 175 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, and oil, along with the sugar and vanilla sugar until slightly frothy.
  2. Add the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Stir in half of the chocolate chunks.
  4. Line a muffin tray with paper liners. Evenly distribute the batter and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chunks on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Check for doneness at 20 minutes using a toothpick. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool.
