Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

- Sprinkle the crumb topping over each muffin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled muffins before serving.
