Description

A warm and savory miso soup with rich umami flavor, great for a light meal or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups dashi broth
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 cup silken tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup seaweed (wakame), rehydrated and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the dashi broth over medium heat.
  2. Once warm, reduce the heat to low and whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
  3. Add the silken tofu and let it warm through without boiling.
  4. Stir in the rehydrated seaweed and green onions.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.

Notes
