Description

An easy and delicious one-pan meal featuring juicy chicken, tangy balsamic vinegar, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
