- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan, mixing everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken, as it can become dry. Adding vegetables like peas or broccoli can enhance nutrition and color.
